Here is a Dayspring I had to do solo.  Felicia has been traveling with me for nearly 6 years now.  However, she told me when she started that she would be AWOL two weeks before or after the due date for a new grandchild.  I missed her, but Timothy and Kristin were glad she was with them for the birth of our new granddaughter, Naomi, who was born July 23 and came in at 9 lbs. 4 oz. and 20 1/2″.  I thought you might enjoy a peek.  She was a week old when these pics were taken.  Tulsa was on the way to Henryetta, OK, where we were going to be doing our next revival, so it was perfect timing.  Here she is.

Now, back to the Dayspring in Ponca.  This was my first time to work with Mike Smith.  He is doing a great job in this wonderful church.  We had great crowds and enthusiastic response.  One of the evenings, a strong thunderstorm blew through at the time when people were arriving for revival.  We really thought the crowd would be negatively affected.  When the service began, however, the room was full. Here is a picture I took that night.

BibleQuest went very well.  The kids were so excited and really got into the Bible memory.  Here are some pictures of our medal winners.   Two of our winners were out of town on the last night, so they had their pics taken a couple of Sundays later.

It was a delight to be part of the ministry of FUMC Ponca City.  We are very grateful for all who prayed for our time there.
