In my humble opinion, there is nothing quite as beautiful as the colors of autumn in the Northeast. Here are a few pictures I took while walking around in Howell, MI. It was breath taking!
Rev. George Lewis has been a friend for years. I met him at one of the Congress on Evangelism meetings where I led worship. I ministered with him in the last church he served in Cheboygan, MI. He is a faithful servant of God with a gentle spirit and a very effective ministry. He hosted me in his home and I greatly enjoyed the fellowship.
I was very impressed with the level of preparation the church had done. There had been a LOT of work and prayer that had taken place in the months preceding this event. There was a lot of excitement. The church could not remember ever having a revival, so they were a little nervous about how this would turn out. But, it turned out GREAT. Strong attendance and very positive response. I believe God will use these days to ignite fires of faith that will burn on for years.
This was the first time this church can remember having a revival, but I doubt it will be their last. God did some awesome things in people’s hearts during these refreshing days of ministry. Pray for this church to continue to experience the refreshing Spirit of God as they seek to know Him better.
