This afternoon at 5:09, Elijah Thomas Putnam made his grand entrance. The newest son of Philip and Holly, he weighed in at 7lbs 5 oz and was 20 3/4 inches long. We praise God for His gracious gift of life. Felicia flew back from Iowa to be there to help with the brother and sisters of the new arrival. I will not see him until I arrive back in Texas in a couple of weeks. I hope he hasn’t grown up too much by then. I love to hold a newborn.
